My verdict
In IT since 2002: systems, engineering, web development and SEO. I have been doing business with AI since February 2023, when ChatGPT could first be bought in Spain.
B2B Rocket is an outbound sales platform: a contact database, AI agents that write and answer cold emails, and multichannel outreach, all in one account. It isn't cheap or casual. The self-serve plans run $799, $1,299 and $1,799 a month, billed quarterly, and every self-serve plan starts with "Book a demo". No free trial is advertised, so plan on seeing the product in the demo rather than on your own. If you're a sales team or an agency that wants data, sending and replies under one roof, it's worth the demo. If you're a solo founder testing cold email for the first time, that minimum is a lot to commit before you've seen a single reply.

B2B Rocket is an outbound sales platform that bundles three things: a database of business contacts, AI agents that write cold emails and answer the replies, and the sending itself, by email and, from the Scale plan up, LinkedIn and other channels. It's built for sales teams and agencies, and it's priced that way: the self-serve plans are $799, $1,299 and $1,799 a month, billed quarterly, and every self-serve plan button says "Book a demo". I found no free trial on its site. If you already know outbound works for your business and you're tired of paying for data, sending and replies separately, it's worth the demo. If you're just curious about cold email, start smaller.
That's the short answer. Here's what it sells today, what each plan really gets you, and how I'd think about it next to the tools people usually compare it with.
What B2B Rocket is today
The home page sums it up in one line: "AI Agents that prospect, engage, and convert your ideal customers across every channel". Behind that line there's a long product menu: lead search, buying intent data, data enrichment, email validation, data cleanup, the "BDR AI Agent", multichannel outreach, email sending, AI email auto-replies, email warm-up, done-for-you domains and mailboxes, a unified inbox, a CRM and a meeting scheduler. The site says the database has more than 4 billion verified contacts.
In plain English: you tell it who your ideal buyer is, it finds those people in its database, checks their emails, writes the outreach, sends it from mailboxes it can set up for you, and answers the replies until someone books a meeting. That's the promise, anyway. The panel on the home page with a reply rate and pipeline numbers is a mockup, not a live account.
The site footer credits Black Pearl Group Ltd., and the logo reads "powered by blackpearl".
What you can see without an account
Not much. The home page and the pricing page are public, and they're detailed. The app itself sits behind a login, and the "Register" form asks for your name, your company name, a phone number, an email and a password. It's a form for a business, not for someone who wants to try it on a Sunday.
I stopped there. What the dashboard looks like inside, how good the AI-written emails are and how accurate the contacts are is exactly what the demo is for, and it's what I'd ask them to show live with my own target market.
No free trial on the site (Heads-up)
None of the self-serve plans has a "Start free" button. Basic, Scale and Unlimited all lead to "Book a demo", and the price is per month but billed quarterly. On Basic, that's $2,397 for the first three months.
B2B Rocket pricing, plan by plan
There are two tabs on the pricing page. Self-Serve is the software, and you run the campaigns. VIP is the software plus a team that runs them for you. Here's the self-serve side, in US dollars:
| Plan | Price | What it adds |
|---|---|---|
| Basic | $799 a month, billed quarterly | 2,000 contacts a month, AI email auto-replies, email outreach, 1 team seat |
| Scale | $1,299 a month, billed quarterly | 10,000 contacts a month, website visitor identification, multichannel outreach, A/B testing, HubSpot and Zoho, 3 seats |
| Unlimited | $1,799 a month, billed quarterly | 25,000 contacts a month, Salesforce integration, 5 seats |
Sorry, this gets a little technical, but it matters. "Unlimited" in the plan name doesn't mean unlimited contacts: what's unlimited on every plan is email sending, the AI agents, and contact and company lookups. What you actually pull out of the database each month is capped by your database credits, which match those 2,000, 10,000 and 25,000 contacts. Extra credits cost $25 per 500, and each extra team member is $100 a month.
Read the table before the demo (Tip)
The detailed table under the cards answers most of the questions you'd ask on the call: buying intent topics (1, 5 or 12), deal pipelines (1, 5 or 20), mailboxes you bring yourself (1, 5 or 20). Pick the plan on paper first, so the demo is about whether the emails and the data are any good.
The VIP tab has two plans, VIP Basic and VIP Scale, both with "Custom Pricing". They include the sending infrastructure (around 45 or 100 mailboxes), a dedicated GTM engineer and a success manager, and the page talks about 10–30+ or 20–60+ opportunities a month. In their own words, you "just handle interested leads". That's closer to hiring an outbound agency than buying software.
Who it's for, and who should skip it
It's a good fit if you have a clear ideal customer, someone on the team who will handle the replies, and you're currently paying for a contact database, a sending tool, a warm-up tool and a CRM separately. Bundling them is the whole point, and at $799 a month the math only works if it replaces several of those bills.
Skip it if you've never run a cold email campaign, you sell to a tiny niche that a big contact database won't cover well, or you can't commit to a quarter. Outbound takes time to tune, and a quarterly bill means you're paying for that learning curve either way.
B2B Rocket or something else?
The real comparison is with two kinds of tools, and the choice comes down to which problem you actually have.
If what you need is data, compare it with the contact databases, such as ZoomInfo or Apollo. B2B Rocket includes a database too, but you're buying it as part of an outreach machine.
If what you need is sending, compare it with the cold email tools, such as Instantly or lemlist, which are built around mailboxes, warm-up and sequences. If you're still finding out whether cold email works for you at all, start with the sending side alone.
B2B Rocket puts the data, the sending and the AI agents that write and reply in one account. So my honest take is to ask for the demo when you've outgrown juggling separate tools, not before. And when you're on that call, ask to see a real reply thread the AI handled, with a real prospect from your own market. That one screen will tell you more than any plan name.
B2B Rocket's own presentation of its outreach platform, from its YouTube channel. It's from March 2024, older than the plans and prices on this page.
Who is it for? For sales teams, lead generation agencies and B2B companies that already know outbound works for them and want the contact data, the sending and the AI replies in one place. Not for someone who just wants to try cold email on a small budget.
What I like and what I don’t
What I like
- The pricing page is public and detailed: three self-serve plans in dollars, a full table of limits and every add-on with its price.
- Contact data, email verification, sending, AI auto-replies, a unified inbox and a CRM come in one subscription instead of several tools.
- Email sending is unlimited on every plan, and so are contact and company lookups.
What I don’t
- The cheapest plan is $799 a month, billed quarterly. That's money up front before you know if it works for you.
- No free trial is advertised: every self-serve plan button says "Book a demo".
- Multichannel outreach, website visitor identification and the HubSpot integration start at the $1,299 plan; Salesforce only comes with the $1,799 one.

How I tested it
On October 6, 2026, I went through b2brocket.ai in US English without an account: the home page, the full pricing page with both its Self-Serve and VIP tabs, the comparison table and the add-ons, plus the login and registration pages of the app. I didn't fill in any form, so the dashboard itself, the AI agents and the quality of the contact data are behind the sign-up and the demo, and that's where you'd see them. Prices are in US dollars. The screenshots are from that session; the image marked "Image: B2B Rocket" is B2B Rocket's own.
