My verdict
In IT since 2002: systems, engineering, web development and SEO. I have been doing business with AI since February 2023, when ChatGPT could first be bought in Spain.
Victoria AI is an AI sales development rep: software that finds B2B leads, writes LinkedIn and email messages for each one, answers the replies and pushes for a meeting. It isn't the workflow assistant this page described in 2025; the same company now sells an outbound sales tool. Self-serve plans start at $99 a month after a 30-day free trial, which asks for a card up front. If you're a founder or on a small sales team and already know who you're selling to, it costs far less to try than B2B Rocket ($799 a month, billed quarterly), with LinkedIn and email in the same plan. If you've never done cold outreach, or you want a team to do it for you on a small budget, it's not for you yet: the done-for-you program has a 90-day minimum and is built for big markets.

Victoria AI is an AI SDR (SDR is short for sales development rep): software that finds business leads, writes a LinkedIn and email message for each one, answers the replies and, Victoria says, follows up until the prospect books a meeting, says no or gets handed to you. It's the Victoria sold by Victoria AI LLC, whose site is versionseven.ai, and it is not the workflow assistant this page described in 2025. Self-serve plans start at $99 a month after a 30-day free trial, and that trial asks for your card. If you sell to businesses, already know who your buyer is and want LinkedIn and email outreach run from one place, it's a reasonable bet at that price. If you've never run outbound, learn what a good cold message looks like before handing the job to software.
That's the short version. Here's what it does today, what the plans really get you, and how it compares with another sales tool I've reviewed here.
Which Victoria this is, and what changed
This page is about the Victoria from Victoria AI LLC, a Florida company, and it isn't the product this page used to describe. In spring 2025 its site sold workflow automation: connect your work tools to one AI agent and automate tasks with simple prompts. By October 2025 it called itself a revenue operations suite, and today the home page is all about one job: "More sales meetings, booked on autopilot." Same name, same company, a much narrower product. Honestly, I read that as a good sign. Tools that try to automate everything tend to be great at nothing.
What Victoria's AI SDR does, on paper
Sorry, there's some sales jargon here, and no way around it. The pieces of the AI SDR, as Victoria describes them:
- AI Sales Copilot. You tell it what you sell in a chat; it drafts your ideal customer profile, finds leads and launches the campaign once you approve it.
- Lead database. It searches for people by job title, seniority, location, industry, company and size, and adds them "with verified emails only." You can also upload your own list as a CSV, which costs no credits.
- AI Personalization fields. At send time it reads the prospect's company website, LinkedIn profile and recent posts, and fills in the part of the message you left open. Victoria says the AI is instructed never to make up facts; when there's too little to go on, it uses a fallback line you wrote, or holds the lead and tries again a day later.
- LinkedIn and email in one sequence. Profile views, connection requests, LinkedIn messages and emails in one flow, with branching based on whether the connection is accepted, plus A/B testing.
- AI Appointment Setter. It answers replies, sends your booking link and follows up five times if the prospect goes quiet. Pricing or legal questions, or a request to talk to a person, are handed off to you. There's also a notify-only mode where it emails you a brief instead of answering.
- Unified Inbox and Simple CRM, both included in every plan.
One more piece: you can run it from Claude, ChatGPT or any assistant that speaks MCP (a standard way for AI assistants to use other apps). Your assistant can find leads, write the sequence and set up the campaign, but you approve each change. Victoria says the assistant can't read your inbox, send messages or touch billing.
The limits are built in (Important)
Victoria says sending stays inside fixed caps: 20 LinkedIn actions a day per account and 30 emails a day per campaign, with a slower ramp-up for new senders. Extra LinkedIn seats ($59 a month) and mailboxes ($12 a month) cost extra.
What I could try without signing up: the fit assessment
The AI SDR itself sits behind the trial, so the only hands-on part I could try was the 8-question assessment for Proof First GTM (GTM is go-to-market), Victoria's done-for-you program. It says "No email required," and it's true.
I took it twice with made-up answers. First as a tiny business: fewer than 1,000 companies in the market, small deals, one person to take the calls. The answer came back right away: "Not yet. The program isn't a fit right now," with three reasons, including that for contracts under about $20,000 (or $50,000 in lifetime value) the program costs more than it brings in. The second time I played a business with a big market, mid-size deals and two or three reps, and that one came back "You qualify," with a button to book a discovery call.
What I liked is what came after the "no." Instead of a sales pitch, it suggests building your account list by hand, watching those companies with Pulse's free plan, and using the AI SDR on its own if you want to automate the sending. I'll take a quiz that turns away customers who'd lose money over one that books everybody into a call.
Victoria AI pricing, plan by plan
All in US dollars, and the terms say taxes are extra. The AI SDR has two plans, both monthly, with no annual contract:
| Plan | Price | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Free trial | $0 for 30 days, card required | 1 LinkedIn seat, 1 mailbox, 250 leads, 400 credits, up to 100 found emails |
| Workspace | $99 a month | 1 LinkedIn seat, 3 mailboxes, 1,500 credits a month, unlimited users |
| Agency | $999 a month | 10 LinkedIn seats, 20 mailboxes, 6,000 credits a month, unlimited users |
Credits pay for the AI work, and here's the rough math. Personalizing one lead costs about 3 credits, an AI reply conversation about 1.5, each search result from the lead database about 0.8, and a found work email 3.3, charged only when one is found. So the 1,500 credits on Workspace are roughly 500 personalized leads a month if you bring your own list, before any reply conversations, and fewer if Victoria also finds the leads for you. Unused credits roll over for one month, up to twice your monthly credits, and extra packs cost $25 per 1,000. An extra LinkedIn seat is $59 a month and comes with 500 more credits; an extra mailbox is $12 a month, with 150 more.
Read the trial's fine print (Heads-up)
The trial needs a card and ends early once you reach 200 sends or 20 AI Appointment Setter conversations, and billing starts then. In Victoria's words: "At day 30, you're charged only if you've connected a sender." If you just want to look around, don't connect one; if you want to test it for real, set a calendar reminder.
The other two products are priced separately. Victoria Pulse, Victoria says, watches the companies in your market and flags buying signals, like a hiring push or a change in positioning, with a source for each fact. It's free for 25 companies, then $199, $699 or $2,499 a month depending on how many it tracks. It deals in companies, not people: contacts come from your own data provider. Proof First GTM is Victoria's team running Pulse and the AI SDR for you, with a build fee, no retainer the first month and a 90-day minimum; the price comes in a written proposal after a call. Its own FAQ says it's a fit for markets of 10,000+ companies, deals of $20,000 or more and at least two reps.
Victoria AI or B2B Rocket?
Another outbound sales tool I've reviewed here is B2B Rocket, and the two are aimed at different budgets:
| Victoria AI | B2B Rocket | |
|---|---|---|
| Cheapest self-serve plan | $99 a month | $799 a month |
| Billing | Monthly, cancel anytime | Billed quarterly |
| How you start | 30-day free trial, card required | Book a demo; no free trial advertised |
| LinkedIn and email | In every plan | Multichannel starting with the $1,299 plan |
| Someone runs it for you | Proof First GTM, quoted on a call, 90-day minimum | VIP plans, custom-priced |
If you're a founder or a small team testing whether AI-run outreach works for you, Victoria's monthly plan is the lower-risk way in. B2B Rocket is built and priced for sales teams that already know outbound works and want data, sending and replies under one subscription. And if what you really need is only a list of contacts, or only a tool to send cold email, compare a dedicated contact database or sending tool first.
Who should try it, and who shouldn't
Try it if you sell to businesses, you can describe your buyer in one sentence, you have a LinkedIn account or a mailbox you're willing to send from, and someone will actually take the meetings it books. The $99 plan plus the trial is a cheap way to find out if your market responds.
Skip it for now if you've never written a cold message, you sell to consumers, or you're hoping software will fix a vague offer. Victoria can write the messages and handle the follow-ups, but it can't figure out who you're selling to.
My honest take: the pivot made Victoria easier to judge. It's no longer a promise to automate every task across your tools; it's a specific tool with a public price and clear limits. Start the trial with a small, well-chosen list, read every reply the Appointment Setter writes in the first week, and you'll know quickly whether it sounds like you or like a robot.
The first lesson of Victoria's own AI SDR course: a walkthrough of the dashboard, connecting your email and LinkedIn accounts, and setting daily limits and sending hours. It's from October 2025, so it predates today's plans and prices.
Who is it for? For B2B founders, small sales teams and agencies that want LinkedIn and email outreach, lead finding and reply handling in one place for around $99 a month. Not for anyone who has never run outbound, or who can't connect a LinkedIn account or a mailbox to send from.
What I like and what I don’t
What I like
- The entry price is low: $99 a month for one LinkedIn seat, 3 mailboxes, 1,500 credits and unlimited users, billed monthly with no annual contract.
- LinkedIn and email steps go in one sequence, and Victoria says the replies from both land in one inbox, with a simple CRM included.
- Its fit assessment for the done-for-you program says no when it should, pointing small businesses to the cheaper product instead of pushing a sales call.
What I don’t
- The 30-day free trial asks for a card, and it ends early once you hit 200 sends or 20 AI reply conversations, and billing starts then.
- Credits are one more thing to watch: personalizing a lead, finding a work email and every AI reply conversation all draw from the same monthly pot.
- The done-for-you option has no public price, a build fee and a 90-day minimum, and it's only meant for big markets and big deals.

How I tested it
On October 7, 2026, I went through the US version of Victoria's site without signing up: the home page and its FAQ, the full pricing page, the product pages for the AI SDR, the lead database, Pulse and the done-for-you program, the sign-up page and the terms. I also took its 8-question fit assessment twice with made-up answers, no email required. The trial needs a card and a LinkedIn account or mailbox to send from, so the dashboard itself is something you'll see in the trial or in the official video. Prices are in US dollars. The screenshots are from that session; the image marked "Image: Victoria AI" is Victoria's own.
