Perplexity AI has revolutionized the world of artificial intelligence with its new update – this new service delivers results that are the envy of ChatGPT and could even challenge the mighty Google!

How does it work?

The interface is very similar to Google’s, with a central bar where you type your question. Perplexity AI has well understood what ChatGPT’s strength is and has made their tool easy to use.

What I like most about the tool is that in its answers it refers to the sources from which it gets the information with which it writes its answers.

Reliability of responses

One of the most important concerns in a search engine is the reliability of the answers. Perplexity AI has a good reference of the sources, as it clearly links to the different sources from which the data is obtained. In addition, if you ask it about an event that has just occurred, it will give you an updated answer in real time. Although it is not infallible, sometimes it does not provide completely correct results, although it does provide the source from which it has extracted the information.

Is Perplexity AI the “Google Killer”?

It is difficult for this small company to be the “Google killer”, but it does confirm that the ubiquitous search engine needs to give it a twist to keep up with the coming competition. However, it’s worth mentioning that Google is still a major source of traffic and it’s hard to compete with its global reach.
